The ashwagandha root (Whitania somnifera) is also known as the sleep berry, winter cherry or Indian ginseng and meanssmell of the horse" in English. Traditionally, it is used in Ayurvedic medicine as a strengthening and stress-relieving tonic, as it is believed that ashwagandha increases physical resilience. Ashwagandha therefore takes its place as the King of Ayurvedic Herbs. The efficacy of ashwagandha root is said to come from a complex blend of active ingredients, so all ingredients must be present in their natural proportions, just as they are in the root, without over-representing any one ingredient.Our extract, which is contained in ZeinPharma Ashwagandha KSM-66 Extract capsules, was researched and developed for 14 years and tested in 22 randomised human studies according to the Gold Standard . WARNINGS: This product is not suitable for children, pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medicines that interact with each other (e.g. thyroid medicines, barbiturate medicines. Ashwagandha should only be used under medical supervision during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ashwagandha can increase the production of thyroid hormones. Therefore, if you have thyroid disease, you should consult your doctor before taking it. Since the Ashwagandha capsules were extracted with water and milk, there is still a minimal absorption booster milk. However, the capsules are lactose-free.ƒ The recommended daily intake indicated should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
