We then selectively ensure each dosage is in a high-spec 32 EPA/DHA ratio for optimum human absorption rates. Each OMEGA 3 capsule is encapsulated in bovine gelatin with glycerol then used to ensure the gelatin remains flexible and soft. Omega 3 fatty acids oxidize very quickly.
