Pros - These tablets are small and easy to swallow. - The packaging is very easy to open. You will need to keep these away from kids for that reason. If you do struggle to open ****-top or childproof vitamin bottles you will love this packaging. Cons - Do shop around as you can get some great deals on vitamin D. I got a year's worth for 10 recently. - Do make sure the strength is right for you. Recommended vitamin D doses are confusing and I was recommended to take more than this tablet contains.
I take vitamin D3 every day. This is very good for me to try. The cost of these tablets is very good since 90 tablets and the best part is they are vegetarian. I also like their bottle flat easily can fit in had bag easy to carry. This is value for money. I totally recommend these vitamin D3 tablets in addition if you are vegetarian then it is just perfect.

Lovely presentation. A bit unusual as instead of being rounded, the jar is kind of flat. It has a simple but essential pattern where D3 is particularly highlighted. It is actually the first thing you notice if you look at the container. It has exactly 90 little tablets. It needs to be taken one per day, which means it can last 3 months if you are the only one to take it. I share it with my husband so in that case of course it will last less. The tablets are tasteless, don't have any sugary coating, and are very easy to swallow. The price is very good, it is slightly more than 2.50 per month. Overall, I highly recommend them.
