AUTRES INGRÉDIENTS : Cosses de psyllium (Plantago ovata). Chaque 5 g fournit : 4,75 g de fibres. Peut contenir du lait .UTILISATION RECOMMANDÉE : Prendre les cosses de psyllium au moins 30 minutes avant un repas. Adultes : Prendre 1 à 2 cuillères à café bombées (2,5 à 5 g) mélangées à de l'eau ou du jus une à deux fois par jour et consommer immédiatement. Cela devrait ensuite être suivi d'un autre verre d'eau. Nous recommandons de commencer avec une faible dose et d’augmenter progressivement en fonction de chaque individu. Enfants : Prendre la moitié de la dose pour adulte sous la surveillance parentale. Les parents doivent demander conseil à un médecin avant de donner des enveloppes de psyllium à des enfants de moins de 11 ans. Grossesse : les cosses de psyllium peuvent être utilisées pendant la grossesse, mais nous vous suggérons toujours de consulter votre médecin ou professionnel de la santé avant de prendre un complément alimentaire.

Prendre des coques de psyllium sans eau peut provoquer un étouffement. Essayez toujours de consommer un verre de 250 ml de liquide avec chaque cuillère à café bien remplie. Si vous ressentez une gêne après avoir pris des coques de psyllium, réduisez la dose ou arrêtez de prendre jusqu'à ce que les symptômes disparaissent, avant de reconstituer la dose très progressivement. Si vous prenez des médicaments ou souffrez de problèmes de santé, veuillez consulter votre médecin avant de prendre des compléments alimentaires nutritionnels. Conserver hors de portée des jeunes enfants. Conserver dans un endroit frais et sec – à l’abri de la lumière directe du soleil. N'a pas besoin de réfrigération.
