Die Wirkung kann leider noch nicht beurteilt werden
Wie unheimlich wichtig Omega3-Fettsuren sind, habe ich erst krzlich erfahren. Krankheitsvorbeugung, krperliches wie geistiges Wohlergehen und vor allem Gehirnentwicklung werden uerst positiv beeinflusst. Und da Fisch nicht immer geht oder bei Menschen mit veganer Lebensweise ja sogar berhaupt keine Option ist, muss eine Alternative her. Wie dieses l auf Algenbasis. Inhaltlich liefert es echt gut ab mit 2000mg ALA und 250mg DHA pro 5ml. Fr die Abmessung liegt auch ein kleiner Messlffel bei. Und ganz wichtig: es riecht neutral und wenn es dem Essen beigefgt wird verndert es nicht, bzw. kaum merklich dessen Geschmack. Das kommt ja auch auf das jeweilige Essen und dessen Eigengeschmack an. Preislich sind wir bei knapp 20 was in dem Bereich gut ist. Ich jedenfalls kann dieses l guten Gewissens empfehlen.
Ich habe vor dem Kauf lange andere vegane Omega 3 le verglichen. In puncto Preis, Inhaltsstoffe und Dosierung fand ich das hier am berzeugendsten. Mit dem milden bis neutralen Geschmack bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden. Man schmeckt nur sehr sehr leicht eine Note aus Leinl und algenl raus.
Meine Heilpraktikerin hat mir mit meinem Leaky Gut empfohlen Omega 3 gegen Entzndungen im Krper einzunehmen. Omega 3 trgt zu einer verbesserten Herzfunktion, Sehkraft und Gehirnfunktion bei und ist nicht nur fr Veganer ein wichtiges Supplement. Der Totox Wert liegt bei ca. 5-10, das ist der Oxidationswert oder Frische-Wert fr l. Einen DPA Wert habe ich nicht gefunden. In Salate oder Joghurt wrde ich es mir persnlich nicht einmischen. Ich nehme meine Supplements immer morgens mit einem Saft und so auch dieses flssige Omega 3 l. Ich bin recht empfindlich mit intensiven Geschmckern und muss echt sagen, dass es eine groe berwindung ist dieses l zu nehmen. Der ganze Saft schmeckt dann nach Alge. Also ist es doch angenehmer das l mit Nase zu und dann danach den Saft nachsplen.
El sabor es terrible y te dura un buen rato. Me lo estoy tomando pero si lo s no lo hubiera comprado.
