Ottimo prodotto per aumentare massa, completo e di buon sapore,ho letto lamentele riguardo le scadenze,vero ci mancherebbe per correttezza devono esserci e possibilmente non scadute,ma questi prodotti in polvere vanno ben oltre la data consigliata per il consumo non preoccupatevi, questo mi é stato detto da un farmacista il quale mi regalava integratori scaduti perché non poteva venderli,ma mi ha assicurato che non si rischia nulla essendo in polvere non fermenta e non si altera se non dopo molto tempo.

como es de esperarse de bsn, la calidad es excelente muy rico sabor y no tiene ese sabor como a talco que tienen las proteinas de menor calidad, muy recomendable para personas que llevan un ritmo de vida muy activo y necesitan suplementar su alimentacin

Mass Gainer o sostituto del pasto?

Attualmente più che il miglior mass gainer si potrebbe dire che è il miglior sostituto del pasto se saputo gestire. Dal momento che comunque ha abbastanza carboidrati (ma non così tanti come i soliti mass gainer) è ovvio che non può essere un classico sostituto del pasto per chi deve dimagrire, ma sicuramente ottimo per chi invece deve mangiare abbastanza. Lo si può quindi usare anche per colazione aggiungendo magari olio di cocco e latte di soia (sicuramente non carboidrati appunto). Ben equilibrato, rispetto agli altri ha più grassi (in senso positivo) e un profilo di vitamine e sali minerali praticamente completo. A questo si aggiunge una piccola quantità di creatina. Post Allenamento: usando 100gr di prodotto (2 misurini) si ottiene un bel pasto con circa 30 gr di proteine e 50 o poco meno di carboidrati, quindi perfetto per Crossfit oltre che per usarlo come Gainer. Sapore: al cioccolato buonissimo (purtroppo non come il suo predecessore, il True Mass, che però non era completo come questo e che purtroppo mi sa non lo producono più).
