This is a tub of 120 softgel omega 3. The pack is suitably sealed with a security film under the lid for hygiene purposes. They are the stronger 1300mg caps and recommended dose is 2 a day. They do have a lemon flavour although you if you take quickly there should be no flavour anyway. The gels are easier to take than regular tablets and capsules, but these are rather large, so may be difficult for some people to take. The current selling price is 14.64. Omega 3 is a great supplement for care of your heart and arthritis, and this brand is a good choice and reasonably priced.

I'm very happy with this omega 3. It's not only a high dose, probably one of the higher ones available on the market, but it's sourced sustainably and produced ethically. The fish oil is from pelagic fishes sourced from sustainable fishing practices (Friend of the Sea certificate). Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart Highly purified fish oil is produced according to GOED monograph (Global organisation of EPA and DHA). The soft gels have a natural lemon flavour to reduce any fishy aftertaste. The recommended daily dose is 2 soft gels and they are easy to swallow. Personally I didn't notice any aftertaste. These are sugar free, gluten free, lactose free, soy free, GMO free, and suitable for those following a keto diet. The packaging is made of BioPET (30% of the plastic comes from sugar cane). Great value for money in my opinion and great product. Would definitely recommend.

For 14.64, 120 capsules (lasting 3 months) is a fair price. 1300mg in one capsule is quite a high dose as most others are about 1000mg. They do smell of lemon scent, but I don't get the lemon taste I would recommend

I think this is a great omega-3 supplement. As with most fish oil capsules, they're not too big and are easy to swallow. With two capsules per day, this is a two-months supply. As the quantity of EPA and DHA is higher than usual, it makes this supplement worthwhile compared to cheaper fish oil.

It is recommended to take two capsules daily, and the best way of taking Omega-3s is with protein to enhance their effects. I took mine in the morning with breakfast and did not record any adverse effects. I am happy to continue taking this Omega-3 supplement from Osavi and order more upon finishing this tub. This is a staple supplement for my brain health and womanly well-being.
